I am an experienced senior leader and have worked in various schools across the West Midlands in a wide range of roles including SEND, Behaviour and Safeguarding. Throughout my career to date, my passion for working with young people from disadvantaged backgrounds and making a difference to their lives is what has really driven me so far, and I am committed in my belief that every child, regardless of their backgrounds or any barriers they face, has the right to the very best education where inclusivity and high challenge are at the heart of all of our decision making. I am passionate about nurturing individuals, creating an aspirational environment, and providing opportunities to all stakeholders, both within the school, trust and within our local communities.

I hold a BA in History, PGCE in Secondary History, NASENCO award, NPQSL and are currently undertaking NPQH, all completed through various universities and providers.

My proudest achievement to date is becoming a mum, and in my spare time I enjoy volunteering for various organisations, travelling and spending time with my family.
